Wakulla Springs State Park
Wakulla's boat tours are the way to see gators here, since the spring-fed river stays clear and gators haul out on the banks along the route nearly year-round. Guides keep the boat at a safe distance and narrate as you go, so this is a good option if you'd rather not walk near water at all. Morning tours tend to have calmer water and better sightings. Do not swim outside the roped-off spring area.
